Dear Dad


Dear Dad,

I normally don't do this but i feel that i need you to know something. No matter how many endless hours working on the Volvo. I have no come to realize that now it feels like it was an education, and i had a great time working with you. Some times we would argue, sometimes we would lissen to the hawk, and sometimes you would tell me stories about you 1969 Mustang fastback,metalic blue.

You also told me stroies of your hard times in you life and now i realize that you were trying to educate us about life.

To this i have great respect for you

I need

Today's Kids


I was walking down then street the other day in london and noticed that today's are whats the word....... fit i have come to notice that we are becoming FAT. When i was a kid after school activeties sonsited of doing your home work and playing out side....it doesn't matter what you play baseball, hocky, basketball, soccer etc. We just wen't out side and had fun buillding tree forts and bridges across the ditch and adventures in the back bush.

Now a kid comes home sits in front of the T.V. or plays on the computer. How does this have an effect on our kids? There not moving there bodys enough experts say 20-30 min a day is all you need now for kids it might be more seeing how they have more energy.

Now themore fit you are the better life you can have. Being fit isn't hard and it has alot of upsides you fell better about your self, you live longer, increase in sexual(for older people) activities and the possibilitys are endless.

So remeber stay fit and stay safe.
